Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy:

  • Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened grooming session or rescheduling, with our no-show policy applying after 15 minutes.

  • We understand plans change, but please give us [48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule your pet's grooming appointment.

2. Grooming Services:

  • The client agrees to the grooming services as discussed and specified during the appointment.

  • Any additional services requested during the grooming session may incur extra charges.

3. Health and Vaccinations:

  • Clients must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their pets.

  • Grooming services may be refused if the pet is in poor health or exhibits aggressive behaviour.

4. Safety:

  • Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier upon arrival and departure.

  • Kindly inform us if your pet exhibits behavioral issues or displays aggressive tendencies. 

  • If you've notified Clover Pet Grooming about your pet's biting tendencies, a muzzle may be used, and a $50 additional charge applies for grooming difficult or aggressive pets. Clover Pet Grooming reserves the right to refuse grooming services if your pet poses a safety risk, and in such cases, you'll be contacted to collect your pet. As the owner, you acknowledge legal responsibility for any bites or injuries caused by your pet to the groomer.

  • If your pet requires sedation before grooming, please inform Clover Pet Grooming when booking and upon arrival. Provide comprehensive details about your vet, sedation time, and dosage.

5. Coat Condition:

  • Additional charges may apply for pets with severely matted coats.

  • The groomer reserves the right to shave a severely matted coat for the well-being of the pet.

6. Communication:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

  • The groomer will contact the client in case of an emergency or if additional services are required.

7. Payment:

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted form of payment CASH only.

8. Pick Up:

  • We'll keep you informed via text message when your pet is ready for pick-up within a [20-minute] timeframe. Any delays beyond this timeframe will incur a surcharge of [$1 per minute], unless we receive prior notice.

9. No Show Policy  & Late Cancellation:

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of [50% percentage of service starting cost]. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

10. Liability:

  • The groomer holds no responsibility for pre-existing conditions or health issues that may emerge during or following the grooming process.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any known health issues or concerns about their pets.

  • In the event that your pet sustains an injury or falls ill, you are responsible for covering all expenses associated with veterinary care. As the owner, you acknowledge and accept legal responsibility should your pet cause harm or injury to our staff, other members of the public, or their pets.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Clients who are not satisfied with the grooming service should contact the groomer within [24 hours] for resolution.

12. Photos and Social Media:

  • The groomer may take photos of pets for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions may be updated by the groomer, and clients will be notified of any changes.

By scheduling an appointment with Clover Pet Grooming, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
